Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, due to the strict booking policies of the Forest Department, our cancellation policies are aligned with industry standards for wildlife tourism in India.
1. Safari Permit Cancellations
Safari permits booked through the Forest Department are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a permit is booked in your name, it cannot be changed or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Accommodation and Packages
For complete packages (including hotels and transport), the cancellation policy will depend on the specific hotel's terms. Generally:
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival: Full refund (excluding safari permit costs).
- Cancellations made 15–30 days prior: 50% refund (excluding safari permit costs).
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior: No refund.
3. Force Majeure
In the event the park is closed by authorities due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, administrative decisions), refunds will be processed based on the policies dictated by the government and partnered vendors.
