1. Booking and Payments

All safari bookings are subject to availability and the regulations of the Forest Department. Full or partial payment is required to confirm your booking, as outlined in your specific itinerary.

2. Government Regulations

Safari zones, timings, and entry rules are governed strictly by government authorities. We have no control over zone allocations or last-minute changes mandated by the Forest Department. Valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of entry.

3. Liability

Wildlife sightings in their natural habitat cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any changes, delays, or cancellations resulting from weather conditions, administrative orders, or acts of nature.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan.
