The experience

The Classic Safari Experience is designed for travellers who want to feel Ranthambore beyond just tiger sightings. With The Real Jungle Project, the journey begins the moment you meet our representative and continues until your safari ends.

This experience is about understanding the jungle, its sounds, tracks, trees, animals, stories, and silence. You will be accompanied by passionate jungle people who help you observe, learn, and connect with the forest in a more meaningful way.

We promise a genuine jungle experience — one where you return not only with photographs, but with a piece of the jungle in your heart.

This is not a regular safari booking. This is a guided jungle experience created to help you understand Ranthambore, feel its rhythm, and carry its story back with you.

Good to know

The complete itinerary will be shared with you upon booking.
Safari zones are allocated by the Forest Department, not by the operator. Anyone guaranteeing a particular zone cannot guarantee the actual allocation.
Safari zone availability also shifts by weekday: on Tuesdays only Zones 1–5 operate, on Wednesdays only Zones 6–10 operate, and every zone is open on the other days.
Morning drives depart around first light, while afternoon drives return around dusk. Exact timings change with the season.
Every guest must carry a valid photo ID — a soft copy on a mobile phone is acceptable. Safari permits are issued and verified against it at the gate.
Ranthambore's core zones (Zones 1–5) are generally closed for safaris during the monsoon, usually 1 July to 30 September. The buffer zones (Zones 6–10) remain open.
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under five may be more comfortable during an afternoon drive.
Always follow the forest rules and your naturalist's instructions. We are entering the animals' natural territory, so remain quiet and never disturb, feed or approach the wildlife.
Wear comfortable clothes in natural or neutral colours, and avoid strong perfumes and loud clothing.
Carry a light jacket for early-morning drives in the cooler months.
Keep phones on silent and avoid loud conversations.
Never leave the vehicle unless the naturalist says it is permitted.
Avoid flash photography, and do not carry single-use plastic into the park.
Wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed, and safari plans may change if the dates, season or party size change.
